Northwest Security provides a complimentary 3 year warranty service on most of our products and installations. If a product unfortunately becomes faulty during the applicable warranty period, we will either repair the item or if this is not possible, we will dispatch a free of charge replacement.3 year warranty only applies to Dauha products. All other products comes with a 12 month manufactures warranty unless stated. Any faulty products within their warranty period will be arranged for free of charge collection as soon as we become aware of the issue. All we require is the part number and serial number relating to product(s) you wish to return. Exceptions and limitations may apply.
Important Information – Please do not return products without an RMA number. Goods received without this will be returned back to the customer and delivery charges may be incurred.
14 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you change your mind about a purchase for any reason, you may return it to us (providing it is in its original condition) within 14 days and we will issue a full refund less shipping costs. 14 day money back guarantee does not apply to any installations or installed items.
Advance Replacement Service
If a product becomes faulty within 12 months of the invoice date, we will ship an advance replacement free of charge. To request an advance replacement please call a Cop technical support engineer on 01519 092187. Once they have identified the product as defective our customer service team will issue an RMA number and a replacement unit will be dispatched for next day delivery. When the new product arrives, you have 10 working days to return the defective unit.
